Fine-Art Prints Are Now Available Direct from 75CentralPhotography.com

We’ve been quietly building toward this for a while, and it’s finally in a state where we’re comfortable calling it Prêt à l’emploi: you can now order fine-art prints directly from 75CentralPhotography.com.

If you’ve ever looked at one of these photos and thought “I would like that on a wall instead of a glowing rectangle”—this is for you. The whole flow is built into the site—no third-party storefronts, no redirect to a print-on-demand marketplace, no surprise sadness that your order is being printed at a Walgreens. Just the photo, a professional lab and a checkout.

How It Works

On any single photo post, there’s now an Purchase a Print button above the image. Clicking it opens a step-by-step print wizard directly on the page. Three steps. We resisted adding a fourth (though we do reserve the right to do so at some point in the future).

  • Step 1—Size: Choose from standard sizes (8×12 up to 24×36, all at the 2:3 ratio that most photos on the site use) or, for panoramic and Xpan images, custom-cut sizes matched to the actual aspect ratio of the photograph. Panoramic photos also offer the standard 2:3 sizes with white borders, if you’d prefer a more conventional framing and are not the type to be bothered by that sort of thing. If some people really like BBWs, there’s no reason you can’t like BWBs (Big White Borders).
  • Step 2—Finish: Five options—Lustre, Glossy, Silk, Matte and Pearl—each with a short description to help you choose (We personally prefer Lustre or Pearl). All finishes are the same price, so you can pick based on aesthetic preference rather than budget anxiety.
  • Step 3—Cart: Prints from multiple photos accumulate in a single cart, because making you check out separately for each print would be absurd. When you’re ready, checkout is handled through Square Payments—no account required, just standard card details. And we don’t store your details to feed to AI monsters, spam you with updates or ads or let even them simply exist, forgotten on a server until North Korean hackers find them and do nefarious things with them…we only persist your name and address long enough to fulfill the order. And, because we integrate directly with Square for payments, we never even see your card details…so if those get stolen, that’s squarely on Square.

The Lab

All prints are produced by Bay Photo Lab, based in Santa Cruz, California. They’ve been one of the go-to professional photographic labs for working photographers for decades—the kind of place that takes this stuff seriously so we don’t have to explain why the colors look off. Nothing is run through a consumer print service (looking at you, Walgreens). The paper is heavy-weight, acid-free archival stock; the inks are pigment-based with lightfast ratings of 200+ years under glass. In other words, these prints should outlast your walls, your house (unless you live in a castle) and almost certainly your taste in interior design.

Sizing Available at Launch

  • 20″ × 30″
  • 24″ × 36″

Panoramic / Xpan (custom-cut to display aspect ratio)

  • Several sizes available through the wizard on panoramic posts—contact us if you have something specific in mind and we’ll do our best to not find that request unreasonable.

Custom sizes outside the standard offerings are available on request—get in touch.

The Introductory Discount

To mark the launch, use the code PRINTS15 at checkout for 15% off your order. No expiration date announced yet—we’ll update here when that changes (or maybe just stop accepting it and forget to come back and actually update you here). Use it before we come to our senses.

Where to Start

The dedicated Fine Prints page has the full rundown—materials, finishes, pricing tables and a step-by-step walkthrough written with the assumption that you are a reasonable adult who can follow instructions. Or just browse the archive and hit the Purchase a Print button on anything that catches your eye.

Technical details: Print checkout is handled through the Square Payments API. The print wizard is a custom PHP/JavaScript modal built into the theme—no WooCommerce, no plugins, no subscription fees to a third party who will eventually pivot to AI. Server-side price validation means the cart can’t be manipulated client-side, which we mention not because we distrust you specifically, but because we distrust the internet generally. If you run into anything broken or confusing, email us at matt(at)75central.com and we’ll sort it out.
